¨ EVERYONE:
STUDENT COUNSEL – Congratulations to the newly elected student counsel officers. President–Samuel Speciale, Vice President–Logan Neeley, Secretary–Meredith Beverly, Treasurer–Christopher Davis, Chaplain–Jacob Kinder.
COATS – Union Mission is having a coat drive. Let’s help out by bringing used or even new coats to donate. The deadline is October 17th.
CLOTHING – Wanted! Used children’s clothing to be sent to a soldier in Afghanistan who will distribute them to the local children.
HATS: No hats are permitted in classes or during school time (boys and girls).
YEARBOOKS HAVE ARRIVED – Yearbooks are in. We do have extras which are $27.50. Please see Mrs. Hamm if you ordered or would like to purchase one.
HOT LUNCH – Tuesday, 9/18: Spaghetti, Baby carrots & Ranch dressing, fruit, brownies & roll.
Wednesday, 9/19: Chicken nuggets, mashed potatoes & gravy, corn, peaches, pudding & wafers
FUNDRAISER – The orders are due in TOMORROW, September 18th. Turn orders in to your homeroom teacher. Teachers: put the orders in the envelope provided for you.
CALENDARS – The Junior Class is selling 2008 calendars for $7.00. They make great Christmas gifts! See a Junior or stop by the school office.
¨ SECONDARY:
JUNIORS & SENIORS – Jostens will be here on Wednesday, September 19 to pick up orders for class rings and cap and gown. You will need your completed order and deposit. All seniors must order their cap and gown from Jostens. If you wait too long, the cost will be higher…so don’t delay!
SCHEDULE – We are swapping 5th and 6th periods beginning today.
DRESS CODE – Boys: be sure you check the length of your hair. Check the handbook or with Mr. French if you have any questions. Handbooks are available in the school office and on our school website (www.evcs.org).
